Ways of strengthening patience

As patience is fard (obligatory), Allâh has provided us with ways and means of obtaining and strengthening the quality of patience, for He has never instructed us to do something without providing us with help and support to do it, and ways and means of achieving it. He has never created a disease without creating a cure for it, and He has guaranteed cure when medicine is used. Even so, patience is difficult, but it is not impossible to attain. Patience consists of two elements: knowledge and action, and from these two elements are derived the remedies for all spiritual and physical troubles. Knowledge and action, combined, are always essential.  Continue reading

No matter how many people commit sins, don’t follow and imitate them. Many people fall to sins due to imitation. They may say to you,”All have girlfriend/boyfriend. All do this. Are you unique? Horrific Effects of Zina(Adultery, fornication)

Man’s Burden Made Light
God wants to lighten your burdens; for man has been created weak.” (Al-Qur’an 4: 28)

Within the area addressed by the preceding verses and regulated by the directives and legal provisions they contain, the Divine wish to lighten man’s burden is clearly apparent. Natural desires are recognised and given a proper, healthy and fruitful method of satisfaction. God neither charges His servants with an unreasonable suppression of these desires, nor does He allow them to run loose after their pleasure without checks and controls. More generally, God’s wish to make things easy for man appears very clearly in the constitution He has laid down for human life which takes into consideration man’s nature, ability and real needs. It taps all man’s constructive energy, protecting it against wasteful use. Many people assume that adherence to the Divine method, especially in connection with the relationships between men and women, constitutes a heavy burden. Continue reading
