The existence of Allaah (God), the Most High, is proven by: (i) the natural disposition,(ii) the intellect,(iii) the Revelation, and, (iv) what is experienced and perceived. (i) As for the proof of the natural disposition for His existence: then every created being is created upon the natural disposition of belief in its Creator, without any previous thought or education. No one turns away from this natural disposition
except when his heart is taken over by that which will turn him away from it, as he said, ‘”Every child is born upon the natural disposition (al-fitrah), then his parents change him into a Jew, or a Christian, or a Magian “ [Reported by al-Bukhaaree (Eng. transl. 2/262/no.467)]. Continue reading →
By itching past wound, don’t resume your illness. Sometimes when you remember what people said to you or their harm, you resume your heart’s wound. By reminding your past injury, sheytan motivates you to do bad things. Such as severing relations. So when you remember your past wound and injury, say,”A’uzubillaahi mina sheytaani rajim (I seek refuge in Allah from accursed sheytan).” Try your best to divert your thoughts to beneficial things such as seeking knowledge. Successful people are those who exert their efforts for success and wait patiently the fruit of their efforts. They are not hasty and impatient. They are sure of their way– they know well where they are heading to. Length of their journey never stops them from advancing toward success. They always strive. A scholar once said,”If I lived for one thousand years, I would never stop worshipping Allah.” They don’t see start and length of their journey rather they look forward end and destination of their journey.
On the other hand, people of failure by looking at start and length of their journey, they slip from advancing toward success. Always they want success without effort and price. This article is collection of Jireenya Badhaatu’s posts on Facebook, Nov. 2016 Among symptoms of following vain desire is that you hasten to do something that is bad but seems good. You begin doing it with excitement and laughing. Sheytan beautifies it and makes attractive. But later on, it turn to regret and sadness. Have you experienced this? If not, see from people who do evils around you. For example, young boy and girl meet each other with excitement and laughing through haram (unlawful) relationship. As time passes, their relationship turns to painful regret and sadness. So when bad thing seems to you good and make you laugh and happy, know that you’re following vain desire. At this moment, don’t do that thing. Oppose your nefs (soul). Continue reading →
The Qur’an is the literal word of God, which He revealed to His Prophet Muhammad through the Angel Gabriel. It was memorized by Muhammad, who then dictated it to his Companions. They, in turn, memorized it, wrote it down, and reviewed it with the Prophet Muhammad . Moreover, the Prophet Muhammad reviewed the Qur’an with the Angel Gabriel once each year and twice in the last year of his life. From the time the Qur’an was revealed, until this day, there has always been a huge number of Muslims who have memorized all of the Qur’an, letter by letter. Some of them have even been able to memorize all of the Qur’an by the age of ten. Not one letter of the Qur’an has been changed over the centuries. Continue reading →
Life’s greatest tragedy consists of men and women who earnestly try, and fail! The tragedy lies in the overwhelmingly large majority of people who fail, as compared to the few who succeed. I have had the privilege of analyzing several thousand men and women, 98% of whom were classed as “failures.” There is something radically wrong with a civilization, and a system of education, which permit 98% of the people to go through life as failures. My analysis work proved that there are thirty major reasons for failure, and thirteen major principles through which people accumulate fortunes. In this chapter, a description of the thirty major causes of failure will be given. As you go over the list, check yourself by it, point by point, for the purpose of discovering how many of these causes-of-failure stand between you and success.
