In your life there is a time when you feel boring, frustration and hopelessness. Do you know the reasons and solutions of these? We can classify the reasons of these feeling into four:
- Lack of Imaan (faith)
- Committing sins (bad things)
- Not doing good deeds in proper ways
- Making these world ultimate goal and forgetting the Hereafter (Aakhirah)
If you are bored, search yourself in the above four things.
We can list the solutions as follow
1.Increasing imaan (faith) through different ways. Allah says:
“It is He who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their [present] faith. And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and ever is Allah Knowing and Wise.” Suuratu Al-Fatih: 4
So if the person becomes true believer, Allah sends tranquility into his heart. Being true believer means believing in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, in the Day of Judgement, in the Divine decree and doing good deeds.
2.Staying away from sins and seeking forgiveness from Allah. Allah says:
Say, “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.” Suuratu Az-Zumar 39:53
3.Doing good deeds- Allah (subhaanahu wa ta’aala) says:
“Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer – We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do.”
Do you know how good deeds give you tranquility? Good deed becomes cause of happiness when it is done sincerely for the sake of Allah and following the Prophet (PBUH).
4.Being moderate– our heart is like vessels. It should not be loaded more than it can bear. We should not engross ourselves by working every second. We should take a rest.
